Incubation program
The basis of any startup project is the idea that comes from the entrepreneur. They come up with an idea for an incubation program. You come up with a great idea, and the incubation program grows it into a final product that is ready for “consumption.”
Acceleration program
You have a prototype of your idea, a team of experts has gathered and you need to raise funds and turn the project into a real business in order to achieve your goals. If so, you will need a clear acceleration program.
